TVXQ slay the shit out of their “Humanoids” performances, remain world’s most flawless performers

I’ve been holding off on posting anything about TVXQ‘s repackage single “Humanoids” until they finished their first round of comeback performance, because, let’s face it — when it comes to TVXQ, it’s all about the performances. These two could release the shittiest song in the world and it’d still slay every bitch in the game the second they stepped on stage.
“Humanoids” is far from the duo’s best single –it’s basically just another version of their Japanese hit “Android”– but as I expected, the performances have been so good that they’ve basically turned me into a stan of a song I otherwise wouldn’t have particularly noticed.
Max and Yunho continue to step up their choreography with each subsequent comeback, both on a technical and creative level. Like P!nk, they’re dedicated to constantly bettering themselves and improving. With that said, their “Humanoids” performances still have nothing on the astonishing “Catch Me” and its epic fucking hulk dance, but they were never going to top that with a repackage single, anyway. When it comes to “Catch Me”, I’m thinking that nobody will match or surpass it until TVXQ themselves make their next full K-pop comeback in about a year’s time.
I love the fact that for “Humanoids”, they sung live on Music Bank just to prove that they could, then mostly mimed on Inkigayo to focus on delivering the best dancing possible. The Kings of K-Pop always have every base covered!
