Teairra Mari talks beef with R&B female “If it happened again I woulda slapped the bitch!”

Now that her hot new single “Sponsor” is getting some airplay my girl Teairra Mari is back doing the promo rounds for her upcoming album At That Point.

During one of her recent interviews with DJ Scream, Tea-Tea discussed her label deal, her new single, her favorite rappers, whether or not she’s dating Bow Wow, and her upcoming movie. She also touched upon some beef that she has with a R&B female whom she refused to name, only giving the clues that it wasn’t Rihanna and that it wasn’t a crossover pop girl.

I have a few names floating around in my head right now but I don’t want to call anybody out. Who do you think she was talking about?

Besides the drama with this mysterious female the most important thing that Tea-Tea said was that her new album ‘At That Point’ would definitely be out this Spring, even acknowledging that it’s been delayed far too much.

When the album finally drops look out for production by Neff-U, Jackpot, Zeke, Rico Love, The Runners and Madd Scientist, and features from Rick Ross, Nicki Minaj, Flo-Rida and more.

Rico Love did a huge portion of the album and I’ve heard almost all the songs he did for her on UStream, and they’re all amazing. Check out a LQ snippet of one the Rico/Tea-Tea collabos “Emergency” below.

    Yeah Emergency has a 90′s sound, the hook is really good if you hear the full version. A lot of her album is very 90′s inspired, like most the songs that haven’t leaked out yet are all super 90′s R&B.

    And she was asked about the beef so she said it, but didnt mention names coz of drama. It cant be christina milian since Christina is a crossover artist, so it has to be an R&B chick.

    I hate to say it but I think it could be Keyshia because Key has a bad rep and she was on tour last year. It obviously cant be monica or brandy because they’re too nice, and she doesn’t speak to Jay-Z so I doubt it would be Beyonce…

    She always funny when she does her interviews. But the beef, I thought Keyshia Cole too as Ive heard the ‘rude’ rep for her. Danity Kane have also said it too, same situation for them. They went backstage at one of her shows or something and they got whole lot of attitude from Keyshia Cole.

    LOL @ your breakdown of who it could/couldn’t be. I doubt it’s Monica or Keyshia, they’re grown women compared to her and both sort of ghetto I think they would murder her lol. I bet it IS Rihanna and she’s just saying the cross-over thing to style it out and not make it so obvious.
    I was listening to her debut last week – Phonebooth and Act Right still sound sooo good. But not impressed with any of her new stuff really.

    It’s DEF not Ciara! lol…She said it’s NOT crossover pop, Ciara is TOO sweet and humble of a girl, and Ciara is Contemperary R&B/Pop and Teairra has indeed said her and Cici was cool. Anywho, I thought it was clear as day that it’s obviously Keyshia Cole. I love my Keysh, BUT she is known for her stankish/rude attitude…I mean, did ya’ll not see her radio interview where she threw mad shade at C.Milli and Amerie for NO reason when asked about who she likes in the R&B category? But then again, Keri also comes to mind. She DEF gives off a bitchy, catty, concieted attitude…I mean NO humility whatsoever lol! Plus, she was on Keyshia’s tour. So, it’s DEF one of dem heifers…
