Sexy M.F. Robin Thicke was a guest on Letterman tonight where he performed the second single “Shakin’ It For Daddy” from his latest album Sex Therapy. Joining the blue-eyed soul singer was femcee Nicki Minaj, who was actually making her major mainstream debut with the performance.

During the performance Thicke tried his hardest to look slick & smooth (and succeeded), whilst Nicki did her usual Diana Ross circa 1965 eye-popping routine.

With all the buzz surrounding Nicki I’m expecting to see a lot more of her on mainstream television shows as she sets her sights on crossover success with her upcoming debut album. Funny how Trina has been trying so hard to cross over for years, and then out of nowhere Nicki pops up and seems to be doing it with ease.

The fabulous Jennifer Lopez wasn’t the only one performing at Dick Clark’s Rockin’ New Years Eve party last night, with Keri Hilson taking the stage to perform a dance remix of her new single “I Like”.

The dime diva also performed her two hit singles “Turnin’ Me On” and “Knock You Down”, whilst the Black Eyed Peas performed their hit “Meet Me Half Way” and Robin Thicke sung “Sex Therapy”.

If Keri knows whats good for her she’ll release this “I Like” remix worldwide ASAP!

Blue-eyed soul singer Robin Thicke hit up BET’s 106 & Park this afternoon to flog his new album Sex Therapy. Thicke brought out the femcee that you love to love (or love to hate) Nicki Minaj to perform their duet “Shakin’ It for Daddy”, which has been making a lot of noise since it leaked last month.

Although Nicki is simply featured on the song one would be mistaken for thinking that it was actually her new single, with the self-proclaimed Barbie stealing the show with her bizarre facial expressions and constant shouting.

Hopefully Nicki can channel all of her excess energy into her upcoming debut album.

Robin Thickes fourth album Sex Therapy has now leaked online, a week before it’s scheduled release date of December 15.

You can check out one of the tracks from the album above called “Elevatas” which features rapper Kid Cudi.

I’ve briefly skipped through the album, but so far it sounds pretty tight. I was a little worried before that he might have jeopardised his sound but I think he’s managed to to keep his trademark style whilst evolving and growing as an artist.

The blue-eyed soul singer doesn’t seem too worried about his success though, recently opening up about his new album and why he isn’t a one hit wonder.

“The key to not being a one-hit wonder is talent. It’s having craft,” he said. “This album is a lot more hip-hop. I’ve got Jay-Z, Snoop Dogg, The Game and Kid Cudi .”

R&B crooner Robin Thicke continues to show his love for sex on “Ms. Sexy”, a smooth and sensual new cut from his upcoming album Sex Therapy.

This is a lot closer to some of Thicke’s older tunes, making me think that we’re gonna get a good mix of both the classic and the new from Thicke on the new album.

Unfortunately though I’m not too confident about his album sales since the single has failed to do anything significant on the charts. What are your predictions for him?

I really like the way they shot this. The song is very sensual and erotic and I think they really captured that in the video with it’s elegant and classy setting.

So far “Sex Therapy” has only reached #61 on the R&B charts which doesn’t look good for Thicke’s upcoming album which drops on Dec 15th. I’m still on the fence about the album at the moment. I love this song but I’m just a little worried that he’s lost his trademark sound in favour of a more commercial direction, so I’m gonna have to hear the whole thing before I make up my mind.

James Bond’s long lost twin Robin Thicke has opened up inspiration behind his raunchy fourth album Sex Therapy, which is due in stores December 15.

“I was writing these songs and I was thinking what does a woman need at the end of the day? She’s overworked, she’s uptight, she’s stressed out, under-paid, under-appreciated. She needs some sex therapy.”

Gee, I don’t know the kind of women Thicke’s been around but he better make sure that he keeps these bitter betty’s away from me.

He also announced the collaborations for the new album, naming Jay-Z, Nicki Minaj, Game, Kid Cudi, Estelle, and Snoop Dogg.

I’m a little nervous about this album because it’s such a different sound for him, but I’m sure it’ll be good. December 15th couldn’t come any sooner.

Leighton Meester is on a quest to get laid in the raunchy music video for her debut single “Somebody to Love”. The song also features blue eyed soul singer Robin Thicke, and was shot by art house film director Zoe Cassavetes.

The director has really done a good job of capturing the moody sexuality of the song by using various lighting techniques, a stylish wardrobe, and an intriguing plot. Thicke and Leighton look like they were made for each other, sizzling with an on-screen sexual chemistry that should have Thicke’s wife Paula Patton worried.

Leighton has a sexier, more grown-up and sophisticated sound than a lot of other pop stars, so it’s good that her image is reflecting that. I just wish the song would start doing better because so far it’s only managed to get to #23 on the Bubbling under charts.

Another song has leaked from Robin Thicke’s new album Sex Therapy, making it the second new song we’ve got from him in one day.

“Meiple (Me I Play)” features Jay-Z and was premiered on Hot 97 earlier today.

I’m feeling this song a lot more than the joint with Nicki Minaj. It’s fun and uptempo with some cheeky lyrics and an addictive hook. It also sounds a lot more organic than the Nicki song, which I think suits Thicke’s style better.

Thicke sounds good with Jay-Z to, who raps in french and name drops wifey Beyonce on his killer verse. I wouldn’t be surprised if this was the second single and I hope it is.
