One of my favorite R&B underdogs Nivea has dropped a viral video for her new new buzz single “Love Hurts”, and she’s somehow managed to rope in her baby daddy Lil’ Wayne to star as her love interest.

When I first heard this song on Valentines Day I assumed that it was aimed at Nivea’s ex-husband The-Dream for wifing up fellow R&B singer Christina Milian and getting her pregnant, but one look at this new music video and you can tell that Nivea’s pointing the finger directly at Weezy, who not only got Nivea pregnant but also managed to knock-up video model Lauren London at the same time.

Overall it’s a fantastic video for an independent artist who’s most likely on a shoe-string budget, and it’s actually made me appreciate the song a lot more which I’m now viewing as kind of a raw and haunting R&B revenge anthem.

Nivea’s currently planning to return to the music scene this summer with a brand new album Purple Heart, and now a new song called “Dance Floor” produced by Bangladesh has leaked online. You can check it out by clicking here.

You know what they say; when it rains it pours. After not having much new music news on Nivea for the longest while the singer unexpectedly dropped a new buzz single yesterday titled “Love Hurts”, and now she’s shown up with rapper Rasheeda in the music video for the pairs remix to the Timbaland/Drake hit “Say Something” from Rasheeda’s new mixtape Boss Bitch World.

Both Nivea and Rasheeda are independent artists, so it’s pretty amusing to see them dropping a music video that’s actually a hell of a lot better than what some of the major label artists are doing.

It’s nice to see the ladies sticking together, and even better seeing Nivea return to the music scene. Look out for her new album Purple Heart later this year.

Whilst many of you are out celebrating Valentines day with your sweetie having dinner, watching a movie, or getting fucked senseless, the rest of us are at home tired and sick puking everywhere after eating a rancid hot dog with a vodka slushie at the Good Vibrations festival yesterday.

Luckily for the latter R&B singer Nivea has released a new song on Amazon titled “Love Hurts”, accompanied by the following Twitter message:

You heard the woman! If you’re desperate and dateless (a.k.a. my life) go over to Amazon and buy her new buzz single. The song actually sounds pretty cheap and isn’t particularly that good, but it’s the bitter and twisted thought that counts.

In other Nivea news The-Dreams baby momma is currently working on her next album Purple Heart, and she has a new buzz video dropping soon with Rasheeda for their remix of the Timbaland and Drake hit “Say Something”.

Musical legend Prince and pop star Katy Perry were both snapped front row at the Yves Saint Laurent Pret-a-Porter show in Paris yesterday.

Katy looks good. I don’t like her music but I’ve always found her to be really pretty. As for Prince, I have to say that he’s awfully sociable for somebody who’s so fiercely private and quiet. He’s always out on the party scene.

The beautiful singer/actress Hilary Duff was snapped last week on the set of her TV show Gossip Girl, which she’s currently guest-starring in. Word on Twitter is that her first episode aired tonight. Did anybody watch it?

Also out recently were Melanie Fiona and Shontelle who performed at the Think Pink Rocks! charity concert in Florida.

And last but not least is the heavily pregnant Nivea, who was snapped throwing her baby shower in Atlanta over the weekend. The singer recently confirmed that she’s been working on her new album. Can’t wait!

Currently pregnant with Lil’ Wayne’s child, R&B singer Nivea was snapped at an event in Atlanta with Toya Carter, star of BET’s reality show “Tiny & Toya”, and ex-wife of Lil’ Wayne.

Nivea recently revealed that she’s working on her next album and running her management company, whilst Toya is enjoying the success of “Tiny & Tiny”, which was recently named the top rated original series in BET’s history.

It’s nice to see these two getting along. They’re obviously grown women and conduct themselves as such which is refreshing. Weezy & The-Dream need to fork out for Nivea though so she can get herself a stylish because that head-to-toe blue isn’t cute.

Oh and how the hell did Tiny & Toya become so popular? It looks boring as hell. I’ll stick with The Real Housewives Of Atlanta for now. That’s my show because I finally found season 1 to download and finished it last night. I can’t wait to download the new season.
