SNAPPED! Cassie & Chris Brown shoot “Crawl” music video together!

Some sneaky iPhone snaps have surfaced online from the set of Chris Browns new music video “Crawl”, which is a ballad that will serve as the second single from his upcoming album Graffiti. You can hear a rumoured demo version of the track here.

By the looks of the pictures I think it’s safe to say that he’s snagged R&B singer and model Cassie as his leading the lady.

Cassie is no stranger to appearing in music videos, having already been in clips for Mario, Jay-Z, and Kanye West.

This is great, I’m so glad that Breezy got Cassie for this. I’ve always compared her to Rihanna because they both came out around the same time with big singles, and both had limited vocal ability, but I always preferred Cassie because I love her sound and style. It’s good that she can keep getting some exposure whilst she waits for her Electro Love album to be released.

    …Oh & I love Cassie too, I been checkin’ for “Electro Love” for too damn long, and why do all of her leaked songs shit on her singles?
    That snippet of “Sky Diver” rips that epic fail of a love song(Must Be Love) to shreds. And If they continue to push that hot ass mess “Let’s Get Crazy”, “Electro Love” will be nothing but a myth.

    Rihanans voice is strong and thick.
    Listen to umbrella, unfaithful or run this town.
    There is thickness in her throat.

    Just compare Rihannas acapella Thug in my life on youtube and Cassies me and u.
    One sings and the other whispers/talks.

    Rihanna was never a horrible singer but peopel started saying this after GGGB and Umbrella (suprise, suprise).

    Even on her first album, on her ballad (Now I Know) she sounded good and it wa sjust a piano and her voice.
    The only problem rihanna has, is she doesnt knwo how to use her voice and then it ends up a mess (unfaithful).
    She needs to work on her technique.

    But rihanna has range, thickness and power over cassie and ciara any day + she sings live.

    I mean, Listen to take a bow and yall still wanan say she cant sing?? She sounded great on that song and live she sounded exactly the same.

    Just compare TAB and then me&u or Never ever by ciara??? Rihanna is miles ahead vocally than both of them.

    Nyways….The demos sucks and Chris still sounds like 15….so i wont be lookin forward to it.
    I hope, he starts to sing like a man and not like a boy.
    And Cassie dont get beaten up.

    I read somewhere that it might be a bonus track. Maybe they’ll leak it towards the release date for attention.

    And yeah Rihanna has an alright voice, its definitely improving, I didnt really mean it as a diss. Cassie is a much better dancer than her so it evens out.

    You dont need to have a great voice to make good music though. Just look at Janet or someone like that. Cassies voice is sweet and sensual.

    Cassie has the “It” factor? Where and how? She is nothing more than a pretty face. As an artists, she is a complete bore. Hustle? Please. She is the only flopping artist that get chance after chance. If she was on any other label, she wouldve been gone a long time ago. But because of her “dealings” with Diddy, he kept her around. Rihanna had much more success than Cassie when they first came out.
