Rihanna unveils ‘Unapologetic’ album cover

For the artwork for her seventh studio album Unapologetic, Rihanna flicked through her phone and found one of the naked snaps she sent to the Young Money crew when Breezy wasn’t looking, then drew all over it while she was drunk and texted it to Def Jam with a short message that read: “jst use dis. #phuckyall #getmuny”

The cover originally had “karrueche sux” scribbled over RiRi’s left titty, but the label’s art department covered it up with a black sharpie and wrote “unapologetic” over the top to avoid any controversy that might accidentally take the focus away from the most important aspect of the album: Rihanna’s new wig the music.

Unapologetic is scheduled to drop on November 19. Lead single “Diamonds” –which is half-sung by Sia and co-produced by a man that Rihanna has never met– is currently doing decently in the States, and extremely well internationally.
