Preview: Cheryl Cole’s new single “Promise This”.

In a sneaky snake video that is most probably NOT supposed to be online, a 40-second clip of Cheryl Cole’s new single “Promise This” can be heard.
The song has the same poppy, watered down R&B sound from her first record, but is a little more on the dancey side as to fit in with all the Guetta/Will.i.am/Taio/RedOne/etc club tunes that are filling top ten’s across the world right now. I won’t elaborate much further until we get to hear the full version.
“Promise This” was produced by Wayne Wilkins, who co-produced CC’s chart topper “Fight For this Love”. He’s also helmed hits for Natasha Bedingfield, Jordin Sparks, Kylie and Keri Hilson, and will appear on Leona Lewis’ upcoming third album.
The Sophie Muller-directed video should be filmed any day now, and Cheryl’s supposedly been holed up in some dance studio in L.A. for days practicing choreography for it.
I’m still more excited for Nadine’s single, but I do love to watch Cheryl dance.
