NS Yoon-G lip syncs for her life on M! Countdown

NS Yoon-G served up some serious Cheryl Cole realness on M! Countdown tonight, where she lip synced her way through a raunchy performance of her stunning new single “I Got You”.

Yoon-G was not playing when she stepped out on stage in wig-snatching ensemble of denim mini-shorts, yellow high heels, and a skimpy midriff top. She owned the stage like she was as big as Hyori or BoA, alternating between bursts of hot choreography, hair whipping, hip grinding, and the kind of strutting that only a true bad bitch can pull off.

But then again, she wasn’t actually singing, so she had more room to focus on the more attention-grabbing aspects of her performance. Yoon-G didn’t seem to give a flying fuck if anybody thought she was singing or not, often letting the mic leave her mouth for long periods of time as her voice played loudly in the background and she just focused on being a fierce bitch and trying to top online search rankings after the show.

It’s not uncommon for K-Pop stars to mime during their comeback stages, but even then, their backing track has a few drops here and there to let their voice be heard occasionally, or the volume will be turned down low enough for them to audibly sing over it. Yoon-G literally just pulled a Britney (circa 2001, of course) and stuck a CD in the player, then walked out and owned it like a diva.

I enjoyed this for how sexy and outrageously blatant it was, but Yoon-G has sung live and still performed well many times in the past, so she needs to bring it for “I Got You”, too.

I already dragged Cheryl and Britney for this. Don’t make me drag you, too, Yoon-G!

    Cheryl Cole and Hyuna wish they had a body as flawless as YoonG’s. This girl is SERIOUSLY underrated in the looks department. Talent department too tbh, she can dance her ass off.

    I cant remember either, but on the Hanteo charts her physical did really well. I think she peaked at 8 or 12 with her physical.

    Im all for anyone showing up Hyuna but would rather have NS Yoon Ji sing live; she sounds better live than on the CD. Most people’s first comeback stage is an ‘assisted live’ so they get the pass on the first one.

    She danced more here which is really good! One of the sexiest comeback perfs this year.

    She might lipsynched here but Yoon_g already proved that she sounds better live than in her CD. (i.e. The Reason I Became A Diva perfs)

    Loved this outfit and performance so much. Her body is like my favorite body in Kpop and she’s pretty and sings decent, when she does it live. Her outfits for this comeback are amazing. I couldn’t take my eyes off of her in this performance and it helps that she actually has curves and a butt that fill out her shorts in the right way.
