NEW MUSIC! Slash Feat Fergie & Cypress Hill – Paradise City
Rocker Slash has enlisted pop star Fergie and stoner rappers Cypress Hill for a remake of his Guns ‘n’ Roses smash hit “Paradise City”. The song is a b-side from his upcoming solo album Slash ‘n’ Friends, which is due for release in March next year.
Whilst this doesn’t top the original I have to give Fergie props for doing the song justice. Her voice sounds right at home amongst Slash’s rocky guitars, suiting the genre a lot more than the usual pop and dance music she does. Cypress Hill add a trashy Kid Rock-esque vibe to the song, but it works.
This cover should allow a whole new generation to discover the classic “Paradise City”, and if Slash picks his collaborations carefully he could end up with a huge solo album, pleasing not only the older fans but also a whole new younger crowd.

I was listening this this afternoon AMAZING I never think in my wildest dreams that Fergie would do any justice to a Guns N Roses song after the awful Sweet Child O Mine cover, but this is good, Cypress Hill as always good, yes slash needs to peak careful his collaboration but this is good and the song “Sahara” too please can you put the download of that song too, let’s see what happen with nicole scherzinger collaboration cuz fergie just put the high top for a female collaboration in this album let’s see if nicole can top this, they have good voices for rock music I have to add their two contralto range are good.
I dont think Nicole will be able to top this at all, but we’ll see!
