[New Music] Khia – “Hit Him Up (Pop It)” (YG Diss)
Remember a few days ago when I posted that badass new Hip-Hop jam “Pop It” by rapper YG? The song contains a flawless sample of Khia‘s timeless classic “My Neck My Back (Lick It)”, but it turns out that Khia isn’t happy about the way her analingus anthem was used. I don’t know the whole tea on the situation, but it seems that there was some kind of discrepancy in the way YG approached Khia to use her song — so Khia has decided to snatch YG’s wig with a scathing diss record!
“Hit Him Up (Pop It)” seems to serve as the unofficial sequel to Khia’s famous diss record “Hit Em Up”, in which she completely ended the careers of Jacki-O and Trina after they tried to unsuccessfully steal her crown as the Queen of the South. Khia’s still full of fire all these years laters, and as expected, she comes for YG’s life with the kind of lyrics that only her genius mind could come up with.
“Bitch I’m the man / you’re the bottom, I’m the top,” she raps. “I’m about to turn your ass out / bend your ass over / stop running from me / suck this pussy like I told ya / I’m a put my strap on so you can get ya rap on.”
Kween Khia then sentences YG to “licking [her] ass for the next 25,000 years”.
