New Kelis album on the way, flawless producers on board, no wig is safe

Kelis has a new album on the way, and we’ve got some delicious details on the sure-to-be-flawless disc.

Due this Autumn (between September-November), the genre-bending diva has worked with Brighton-based producer/remixer BURNS, DJ Tom Neville (fun fact: he topped the Billboard Club chart with his “Milkshake” remix), British alt-dance artist Dan Black, London-based dubstep producer Caspa, and dubstep pioneer Skream.

Kween Kelis always knows how to keep it fresh.

So far it’s looking like the lead single will probably be one of the two tracks Skream produced called “Distance”, after the 25-year-old confirmed that the song is already scheduled for release in the UK, with a possible US release set to follow.

In my mind, I’m already replaying the absolute shit out of this album. No one does it quite like Kelis… well, nobody except the fifty million basic bitches that rip her off.

Bring on the new music, gurl!

    YESSSSSSS!!! Queen Kelis is coming to the UK to snatch those crusty wigs :D She better actually promote the album though, last time “Acapella” was a big hit here and maybe if she had promoted the next couple of singles more the flawless “Fleshtone” album wouldn’t have flopped :/

     OK…hold the fuck up…let focus on the photo here…what the fucking hell is wrong with Paris’s left eye…it’s squinting and the one on the right looks normal…chick needs to get that shit fixed. As for Kelis “Fleshtone” was completely out of this world…ahead of it’s time…she brought dance hits back before they were cool and all the other skanks like Nicki, Katy and Rhianna did them after Kelis. Kelis is fucking original, bat shit crazy, sexy MILF!

    YES! Excited for the return of Kelis! Fleshtone was such a hot dance album although Urban Kelis is hot as well! I wonder how Kelis would sound on a dub-step track?! She can do every genre and sound good!You know Fleshtone had so many songs that could have smashed,but do to no promo,the album flopped,which is a shame because it was one of the best Dance Albums Of 2010!
