More Idols added to American Music Awards performance line-up!

It looks like Adam Lambert won’t be the only American Idol star performing at Novembers 37th American Music Awards, with Kelly Clarkson, Carrie Underwood, and Daughtry now added to the already star-studded line-up.

” ‘American Idol’ continually produces great talent,” producer Larry Klein commented on the new additions in the performers list. “And we are looking forward to hosting Kelly, Carrie, Daughtry and Adam. It’s a great fit for the AMAs.”

Also scheduled to take the stage are The Black Eyed Peas, Rihanna, Jennifer Lopez, and Jay-Z & Alicia Keys who will perform their new hit single “Empire State of Mind”. [Source]

The AMA line-up just keeps getting better and better. I’m a little tired of The Black Eyed Peas, but not including them it’s so refreshing to see a few people we haven’t see for on stage for ages (Rihanna, JLo) and not the same old over-exposed people doin’ the same old thing over and over (Beyonce). I’m a gigantic fan of Carrie, Kelly, and Daughtry, so I’m pretty excited to see them on stage.

I am sick to death of seeing Kelly Clarkson do “Already Gone” though. Hell, I’d rather watch another “Single Ladies” performance than have to sit though “Already Gone” one more time.
