Definitely one of Taylor’s best to date… And a solid finish to a well rounded promotional campaign. Taylor has really shown us some variety with this album… So far there’s only 2 or 3 out of 16 songs that I don’t really love… Yet I still find them to be entertaining…

I think these iTunes campaigns are a smart move in today’s market… I’m surprised someone like Christina Aguilera isn’t doing the same thing… She would benefit strongly from sampling Lotus …

The melodies feel like an exact re-purpose from her old stuff especially “You Belong with Me.” In fact this sounds like YBWM with a rock production behind it — as if U2 covered it on your with their signature echoback vocals and instrumentation.

This is the first fail I’ve heard from this album.

This song and “Red” are amazing, i agree.

but i’m glad she did collaborate with Max Martin. not every song on her albums needs to be this mature.

“I Knew you were trouble” is a perfect pop song and up there with “One More Night” as the year’s catchiest tunes. i think it’s just as good as her other songs tbh.

I have loved all the songs from the Red era so far I feel like this is going to take Fearless’s spot as my favorite Taylor album, She seems to be expanding her sound while still keeping it very Taylor. She seems to have finally grown vocally too. I own all of Taylor albums and it seems like I’m going to be getting another one.
