Lana Del Rey gets naked for GQ, Britney smiles and struts for Elle
Lana Del Rey takes off her clothes and dyes her hair a reddish-brown (right before going jet black) on the cover of British GQ‘s latest issue.
The magazine has named her their woman of the year, which was as good an excuse as any to get nekkid.
Del Slay is currently working on the ‘Paradise Edition’ of her Born to Die album, scheduled for release this November.
Elsewhere, Britney fronts Elle magazine’s October issue with two lovely covers (standard and subscribers). I’m definitely feeling the one where homegirl struts through the fashion show with Starbucks in hand over the safer smile ‘n’ pose cover.
Inside the mag, Britney gives a very non-scandalous joint interview with fiance Jason Trawick. From the excerpts I’ve seen, Godney didn’t really give anything away when it comes to new music, so don’t rip ya weave out in an excited frenzy just yet.
The whole purpose of the Elle shoot was not to spill the beans about a new album, but to promote the new season of X Factor (that I’ll be watching solely for Britney and nothing else), Brit’s new Fantasy Twist perfume (that I may purchase because I’m a sucker for gimmicks and celeb frags are cheap as shit) and a Twister game she’s currently endorsing (won’t be playing that one tbh).
