Katy Perry tries to be edgy in Vogue Italia. Fails.

Some artists excel at arty and edgy photoshoots, and others do not. Katy Perry does not, but that hasn’t stopped her from trying in the latest issue of Vogue Italia.

Sporting a concept that could be described as Lady GaGa meets J-Pop star, Perry ends up almost choking herself to death in the name of fashion for the prestigious mag.

Nobody is here for Katy Perry in Vogue. The people want to see Katy Perry in Maxim or Playboy with her enormous tits out, or perhaps in another shoot for Blender if that flawless mag still existed.

In other news, Perry continues to snatch wigs on the Hot 100, with her latest single “Wide Awake” spending another week at No. 4 on the chart.

Love that song, even though I never listen to it.
