Enrique & Usher to dirty dance on next single.

The mindblowingly sexy Enrique Iglesias has selected the RedOne-produced Usher collaboration ”Dirty Dancer” as the second English single from his new bilingual album Euphoria.

Thank God he didn’t choose that Flopzinger song!

“Dirty Dancer” will follow-up Enrique’s RedOne smash “I Like It”, which has already reached #6 on the Hot 100, becoming one of the biggest songs of the Summer.

Considering the success that Enrique’s had with the RedOne sound, combined with Usher’s dance-pop take with “OMG” and that new DJ song he has out, I’d say that this is going to turn into a sizeable smash. I’m not really a fan of the song, but I’m going to bite my tongue because I dismissed both “I Like It” and “OMG” as utter trash when I first heard them (they still kinda are), but then they became so inescapable that I found myself obsessed with them both. Fast forward 3 months later and they’re both on heavy rotation in my household!

    And why does Nicole always get sucky songs like Heartbeat. :( She would be perfect for dance pop hip-hop feature etc.

    I Like It is pure trash, i heard it like 3 times and im so sick of it already, and OMG was trash in the first listen, but that Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh was so catchy
    Enrique’s new album is crap, i kinda liked that song with Nicole Scherzinger but the rest is so blah

    I love Dirty Dancer I even have this song as my ringtone! People here in Barbados go crazy in the club for this song I can actually see this in the Top 3 on the charts.

    OMG is actually dreadful. I can’t believe people even call that a dance/pop song! It has an awful beat, bad lyrics, and is just all round boring.

    Dirty Dancer is better than both OMG and I Like It, but it is still generic and unforgettable. Enrique’s new album sucks and pales in comparison to his old songs and even that Ping Pong song he had a few years ago.

    A few things.

    I like Heartbeat, I have a thing for Nicole on slower songs. Until U Love U, I’m Done, Powers Out, now Heartbeat, like ‘em all. She doesn’t sound like a huge bitch when she sings softly or has been robotized all to hell (ala Bottle Pop).

    OMG is just so damn catchy, and I have to give it props for not sounding like every other dance song on the radio.

    As for I Like It………SMH. Possibly the worst recycling of Just Dance since Evacuate the Dancefloor! It’s just so damn obvious what song it’s jacking, I hate that! It’s garbage, and Proph, you need an MP3 player or something cuz then you could escape such trash, like I do.

    Dirty Dancer is better and okay, but still just a decent cut from a pretty bad album.
