Drake and Alicia Keys team up for new collabo

It looks like Canadian rapper Drake may be one of the “exciting features” that Alicia Keys has been hinting at for her fourth album The Element of Freedom, with AK’s close friend and main producer Kerry Brothers confirming the news via Twitter.

“If you have something to say… U should say it right now” Wow this new Ak and Drake is fire! I love my job.

OK Enuff Tweeting, Twitter is the New Snitching… right Drake, right 40? ha! “Stop Tweeting!”

Jay-Z has also been confirmed to appear on the album, with rumours are swirling that Beyonce will also make an appearance.

I think that AK and Drake could be great together, but I also feel like this is going to be her most commercial album yet. A lot of people complained that As I Am was too commercial (I don’t agree), so they could be in for a shock by the time The Element of Freedom comes out on Dec 15th. I’m excited though because in my books Alicia never disappoints.

As I Am was NOT commercial. The only song I would consider commercial was Teenage Love Affair, which was the only song that I didn’t like anyway.
I’m really not feeling this collaboration. Maybe cuz I’m not sippin on the Drake kool-aid like everyone else, but I just don’t think he fits her style. But who knows, Drake has surprised me before so maybe he’ll do it again.
Def excited for The Element of Freedom. I’m praying it comes out in NZ on the same day cuz that’s where I’ll be…

I don’t think that Teenage Love Affair is commercial!

And it’s one of my all time fave Alicia songs! It’s so amazing. The lyrics are incredible.

UHHHH DRAKE IS OVER RATED. COME ON THE GUY DOES HIS THING VERY WELL BUT HE HASN’T CREATED SOMETHING SO GREAT AS IT IS MADE OUT TO SEEM

I thought No One was the most commercial actually…

  5. The Prophet Says:

I agree Aalexis, but I still don’t think the album was a commercial, at least not in a way that compromised any of the songs.
