Disgraced Singer IU to Cement Slutty New Image By Working With Janet Jackson’s Producers

Now that the once innocent IU has officially become Korea’s #1 whore after having a sleepover with some Super Junior flop, she’s ready to shed her old image once and for all by working with Jimmy Jam and Terry Lewis, better known as Jam & Lewis, and even better known as the dudes behind Janet Jackson’s perfect pre-flop discography.

The new Jam & Lewis tunes will be included in IU’s next Japanese release, which is currently scheduled for release in March. She’s tentatively due to drop her next Korean album in April, but there’s no word yet whether or not these Janet b-sides will make it on there.

IU’s reportedly heading in a more mature direction for her next album, so expect The Nation’s Little Booty Call to deliver her own Can’t Be Tamed / Britney / Janet. / Stripped before the year is out. I’m just kidding. This is still K-pop we’re talking about. IU’s “mature” comeback will probably just consist of one song hidden somewhere in her album where she admits to kissing a dude on the cheek or some shit. But I would be rather slayed to see IU drop her very own “Bloom.” Lord knows that if she keeps working with Jam & Lewis for long enough, she eventually will.

Peep the video below for a glimpse at the IU of the future!

IU is the Korean Taylor Swift. She just bores the living fuck out of me with her mediocre voice and music.

  • theprophetblog

I agree that she is the Korean Taylor but neither her voice nor her music is boring. She has a great voice and her music is amazing. “Good Day” is a classic.

So here for it..Janet is one of my top favorite artists of all time. Just hope that they actually work with her and not throw old leftovers at her.

Image-wise yes she is the Korean Taylor Swift. Other than that, that’s where the similarities end. IU’s voice is insanely amazing. Some of her songs would be perfect for a disney soundtrack

Proph, let’s be honest. Even Janet’s flopped albums are flawless.

Umm…weren’t Jimmy Jam & Terry Lewis behind the flops like “Damita Jo” and “20 Y.O.”? Just a question, not here for disrespect, I love Janet!

My mind is blown. I don’t know what to do with this information. Mya’s “Free”? Janet’s “Control”? There sound hasn’t really evolved since the 90s but it doesn’t matter. It always sounds so fresh. If IU were to move away from orchestral pop, then what on earth would she do with R&B/pop? I think “Bloom” is a good call. Jam and Lewis could rock that kind of production. “Alright”. I need to go digest this some more.

    preach.

This could be a good thing. Maybe we’ll hear some sought after unreleased tracks?

  • BritneyLover

    Damita Jo is da bomb!!!

  • KingBeaArthur

Seeing as “Bloom” was pretty much an IU song with BEG sexuality sprinkled on top, if she delivers anything close to it I’ll be by her side!

But Proph…what is going on with that picture?? I’M DYING!!!
