Beyonce’s 4: The flop that keeps on flopping

Acclaimed songwriter, actress, humanitarian, and creator of the world’s first human-pillow hybrid, Beyonce Knowles, has been named the new ambassador for World Humanitarian Day.

To promote the charitable gig, Beyonce will fly to a remote village in Ethiopa, where she will live for three months while she builds a school and sets up fresh water facilities in various communities around the country.

Ha, just kidding! Bey’s gonna film a music video for her 4lop ballad “I Was Here”, and then “donate” it to the campaign.

In case you haven’t heard “I Was Here” before, it’s a narcissistic career anthem about how Beyonce wants to win a lot of Grammys and Oscars before she dies.

The angelic diva is also reportedly in talks to follow in the footsteps of Katy Perry and Justin Bieber and Mariah Carey’s Glitter with her own documentary film. Knowles will direct the doco, which will be all about her life and career.

Hey, don’t act so surprised. Beyonce is an established director, editor, screenwriter, producer, lighting technician, cinematographer, makeup artist, and set designer, and don’t you dare say otherwise!

    Just a couple months ago, I gave 4 another listen after pretty much deeming it boring on first listen. I realize that I love “Countdown” and “Until the End of Time.” The rest is pretty meh but I love those songs…

    Can’t at 4lpop. Honestly though there’s not a redeeming song on that album, though “Countdown” (or whatever it’s called) had some mildly catchy bits. But it was still awful.

    Can’t stand Beyonce, never have and probably never will. She’s beautiful, I’ll give her that, but her voice has always been a bit raspy and plain if you ask me.

    Having an opinion ain’t hating! But for the record beyawnsay wasn’t happy with the album… she finally realised the world needed a break from her lacefront weaves. She sat down long enough for kanye (sorry I mean jay z) to get her up the duff beforehittung the hustle again. She needs to sit down a bit longer and stfu a bit longer. Kelly R has already snatched her weave who the hottest r&b single of 2011.

    hehehe… this made me laugh so hard, for a minute I believed it! I found this blog after I googled “I hate album 4 beyonce” because I KNEW someone else hated it! I try to like the woman, cuz she strikes to me as the perfect singer, but something feels fishy & I can’t figure it out… Music wise she has good voice range and she always chose catchy songs… But I HATED the album 4! I don’t know what’s wrong with music industry, there’s not a tune that can be digested, chords keep jumping without any relation to the other & I don’t know who told her that it’s good to SCREAM in songs…! She is screaming infinitely even on 1+1 which is the only song I like, it’s like she’s gonna kill him before he makes love to her! She should give her voice & chords change a rest! It’s like schizophrenia in there!
