2NE1′s CL shows off for Harper’s Bazaar.
The Diana Ross of 2NE1, CL, has scored her own spread in the latest issue of Harper’s Bazaar Korea.
The epicly fierce/stunning/defining photoshoot was styled entirely by and celebrity stylist and fashion designer Jeremy Scott, who has formed a close friendship with CL since taking on the role as 2NE1′s main stylist. CL has become somewhat of a muse for the designer recently, and the pair have been known to hang out together in Los Angeles and have also been caught parting the night away in Seoul.
Scott will be a great asset for the group to have when they head over to the States next year, given his past experience styling stars like Rihanna, Kylie Minogue, Robyn, Fergie, Kanye West, M.I.A, BoA, Lady GaGa, Gwen Stefani and many more. It was Scott who styled Britney Spears’ in the sexy air stewardess outfit from the “Toxic” video.
And for those of you excited about the girls upcoming US invasion, you can check out some fresh footage from their reality show 2NE1 TV documenting their time in London recording with the Black Eyed Peas and the Peas’ producer DJ Poet. The footage was recorded a while back, before the release of their album To Anyone, but it was just put up on the official 2NE1 Youtube channel with English subtitles.
In the episode, you can see the girls chatting to the Peas in the studio – Taboo officially welcomes them “to the camp”, while Fergie goofs off with the girls and Will.i.am cooks up some beats. Later, we see the foursome recording their parts for a DJ Poet produced song, where CL can be seen helping out with the creative process and taking charge like a natural born leader.
